    Comprising modular units of vertically and horizontally arranged trays, the AUTO-STAK® Automated Parts-To-Person System maximizes space utilization. A central extractor device automatically delivers steel pallets containing stored items to the access opening, triggered by a simple button press or barcode scan. The system's modular construction allows for flexibility in length and the number of access openings, both before and after installation. With the potential to recover at least 50% of floor space occupied by conventional storage systems, it offers unparalleled efficiency depending on ceiling height.

    Flexible Pallet Dimensions

    Pallet sizes range from 30" to 84" wide and from 30" to 48" deep, with additional options available upon consultation with the factory.

    Adjustable System Lengths

    The system's length can be swiftly and easily modified, and extra side access openings can be retrofitted to accommodate future requirements.

    Workstations

    A variety of workstations are available for tray storage and retrieval, including forklift access to facilitate the movement of trays to work cells.
